Jim organized the citizens of the Bendville community to try to find them. Some unusual situations took place before the case was solved. Find out what clues and surprises a one-hundred-year-old farmhouse could reveal to help unravel the mystery. Eventually the family returned, and a great celebration was held in their honor. Many people's lives were touched by the events of that day. Bendville proved to be a town where people truly care about one another, and a great place to call home! Lloyd McCutchen, the fourth of ten children, grew up in Waxahachie, Texas. He graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and East Texas Baptist University. He also received a Master's degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Having pastored for nearly forty years, Reverend McCutchen is acquainted with the process of adoption. He has ministered to many who have walked this path. He still has a heart for those special individuals that we call our "adopted ones". That, in great part, is why he undertook to write The Bendville Mystery.
