But Charon finds that a few of the perpetrators just need to see life from a different angle or two. He takes them on trips to explore challenging new territories, far from DC's Metro madness. On the Bay and the Eastern Shore, he sometimes puts aside revenge to guide the culprits' deliverance and transformation.
