Synopsis "The Wind's Story"
The story begins with Amethyst, daughter of the royal housekeeper. Because she is educated beyond other servants' children, she is sent to study with the prince. After some years, they fall in love, but the king forbids them to meet. They marry in secret & have a baby daughter. Circumstances lead Amethyst to realise that she must leave. She changes their names & ends up living with a friendly woman in the slum area. She manages to get her daughter educated. After Amethyst dies, her daughter discovers who her father is. complications, obstacles and misunderstandings are worked out with courage. He story concludes with the marriage of Amethyst's daughter.
