This book addresses three crucial issues that have crossed all borders in the world, to the detriment of the human rights of millions of victims: human trafficking, prostitution and the sex trade. This work is aimed at the general public, especially law students and human rights defenders, interested in the study and development of these social phenomena for the better protection and defence of human rights, from the perspective of Mexican legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence.
