Synopsis "Work shy"
After an overdose, the unfortunate painter Edgar Bloom is dead. At the funeral, Douglas Frank (soft-boiled crime writer) is persuaded to look into his friend?s misadventure by Bloom?s long suffering widow. Did I mention she was beautiful?
