Synopsis "Ruby"

In today's multicultural literary world of magic and witches, Ruby is right on track. She is Jewish, but does not know it, and experiences adventures in Petra, Jordan, where she meets a young Muslim boy. This is Book 1 in a series of 7. Certain characters run throughout the series: the spiritual and enigmatic Verdigris, the witch-like Miss Pinchtuck searching for the eternal fountain of youth and the mysterious, ancient biblical professor trying to stop the ice-melting catastrophe that is global warming. Ruby is the first girl in the series to learn the rainbow secret.
