La poesía es el trabajo de quienes no tienen otro que librarse de los barrotes, de los visibles y de los invisibles, que nuestro modelo de civilización alza alrededor de todos nosotros hagamos lo que hagamos, vivamos donde vivamos y seamos como seamos. La poesía es un arte de fugitivos, el arte por antonomasia de la fuga. Esta antología, que empieza con poetas nacidos en España a partir de 1960, cita a 22 de ellos, provenientes de los distintos ámbitos poéticos vigentes en el mundo hispánico, para aprender a partir de sus poemas estrategias de fuga estética y existencial. Un acto de fe en la necesidad, hoy más que nunca, de la poesía, y una prueba de la extraordinaria calidad y variedad de las últimas generaciones de poetas españoles.
