Evis Luis Carballosa, born on November 6, 1936 in Cuba, is a distinguished biblical scholar and theologian specializing in eschatology and biblical exegesis. He completed his studies in the United States, earning a PhD in Philosophy and Letters with a specialization in History. He was co-founder and first director of the Biblical Institute and Theological Seminary of Spain (IBSTE) and rector of the Central American Theological Seminary in Guatemala.
Among his most notable works are "Daniel and the Messianic Kingdom" (1979), "Romans: An Expository and Practical Guide" (1986), "James: A Faith in Action" (1989), and "Revelation: The Consummation of God's Eternal Plan". These works, published in Spanish, focus on the interpretation and analysis of biblical books, providing a deep and academic insight into the study of the Scriptures.
