Das Liber AL vel Legis oder Buch des Gesetzes ist eine 1909 in London erschienene Offenbarungsschrift des britischen Okkultisten Aleister Crowley. Sie stellte den ersten Band von Crowleys Buchreihe The Equinox dar und ist die Grundlage der neureligiösen Bewegung Thelema. Nach eigenen Angaben Crowleys sei ihm der Text von einem Geistwesen namens Aiwass im April 1904 diktiert worden. Aleister Crowley befand sich laut seinen Confessions mit seiner Frau Rose Kelly in Kairo. Im Ägyptischen Museum habe sie ihn zur Stele des Ankh-af-na-Khonsu geführt, die später im Liber AL vel Legis als die "Stele der Offenbarung" bezeichnet wird, und wo er eine Invokation des Horus unternommen habe.
