ANSIEDAD, ESTRÉS Y PRACTICA CLINICA. Un enfoque moderno, humanista e integral. (Segunda edición) “Cuando en 2004 publiqué mi primer libro, no imaginé que desde entonces escribiría uno por año. Tampoco, que en 2010 debería lanzar una segunda edición por haberse agotado la primera. Al releer “Ansiedad, Estrés y Práctica Clínica” encontré muchas cosas por cambiar, actualizar, mejorar. Pese a ello, noté con cierto orgullo que sus partes conceptuales fundamentales estaban vigentes y eran una expresión cabal de mi manera de entender la práctica clínica en un contexto humanista integral. Es desde allí que elaboré la teoría constructivista realista que, a paso seguro, se va difundiendo entre estudiantes y profesionales de la salud mental.
