Quantum Leap is a non-fiction doctrinal work and the second book in the series of Best Kept Secrets of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Having taught in the LDS (Mormon) Church for many years, Lawrence has discovered that the members do not know their own religion! Notwithstanding its prevalence in the revealed word, both ancient and modern, most members are completely unaware that there are two gospels, each having their own laws, priesthood, keys of knowledge, and blessings. The Church only teaches the lesser gospel of Carnal Commandments and Performances and members are led to believe obedience will save them from their fallen state. It will not!Without a knowledge of the Higher Gospel, we have nowhere to turn when the lesser gospel and/or the Church, with their limitations, fail us. That failure leaves us wallowing in frustration, ignorance, fear, and guilt as well as a sense of lacking, which is more than just a boredom or discontentment with the same old narrative and pseudo emotional platitudes we have been routinely fed all these years. It is a hunger for more and greater truth, a longing to understand God's mysteries.Quantum Leap is a book specifically about the Higher Gospel. It is all about knowing the mysteries of heaven, meeting our Savior face-to-face, and receiving the endowment of power associated with that event.
