It will be published under the umbrella of their nascent Serving Library, a non-profit institution founded on a cooperatively-built archive that assembles itself by publishing. The pilot issue addresses the twin themes of Time generally and Libraries specifically, and includes texts by Angie Keefer, Rob Giampietro and David Reinfurt, and Bruce Sterling.
