Además, si el texto constitucional es aprobado en el plebiscito, esta guía también acompañará a la ciudadanía durante los años que vienen, y nos ayudará a entender los cambios que trae la nueva carta fundamental y lo que podrían significar para el país y para las futuras generaciones.
