Los que antes caminaban normalmente por las calles de Madrid, ahora lo hacen transformados en monstruos resucitados en busca de sus presas, los vivos. Alfonso y un grupo de amigos, encerrados en una urbanización en el barrio madrileño de Vallecas, tratan de sobrevivir como pueden a esta pandemia mortal, a pesar de no contar con recursos para alimentarse.
