"Die Kunst, Recht zu behalten" oder "Eristische Dialektik" ist der Name eines um 1830 entstandenen Manuskripts von Arthur Schopenhauer, in dem er eine Kunstlehre beschreibt, um in einem Disput mit erlaubten und unerlaubten Mitteln als derjenige zu erscheinen, der sich im Recht befindet. In der Arbeit werden die seit der Antike verwendeten philosophischen Grundbegriffe Eristik (Lehre vom Streitgespräch) und Dialektik (Kunst der Unterredung) angesprochen. Die von Schopenhauer selbst als Eristische Dialektik bezeichnete Disziplin - er spricht von der "Kunst, Recht zu behalten" - ist eine Unterdisziplin der Rhetorik und wird auch als Rabulistik bezeichnet.
