Cursaro used black, grey, white and silver based on a new code of colour luminosity and light. Born in Paestum in 1953, Enzo Cursaro has made the light of his native land the protagonist of his paintings. Though considered part of the abstract-informal movement, he prefers not to be associated with any school. His recent paintings abound with modular, meditative and absorbing rays of light. This volume documents his work from 1998 to 2001.
