La exposición "Gonzalo Rojas: poeta del relámpago" se estructura a partir de la propia obra de Rojas, que se desarrolla en torno a grandes áreas temáticas. Así, la poesía ha sido seleccionada desde tres de las "cuerdas" -como él las llama- que cruzan sus versos: lo erótico, lo tanático, lo sagrado. Siempre presentes la influencia -concierto o coro de voces- de otros escritores y poetas anteriores o contemporáneos con los que dialoga: Octavio Paz, Neruda, Borges, Lautréamont... o la profunda amistad con el pintor chileno Matta.
