El presente módulo busca involucrar a los docentes participantes en un proceso de cambio educativo y compromiso con las necesidades del desarrollo regional y nacional a partir de la investigación-acción, con la deconstrucción y reconstrucción crítica permanente de su propia práctica pedagógica.El bloque temático de Investigación Acción I pretende fortalecer los conocimientos y prácticas sobre la investigación acción que poseen los docentes participantes de este programa de especialización. En este sentido, facilitará el manejo de las herramientas teóricas y metodológicas necesarias para la reflexión y autoevaluación de la práctica pedagógica, con el fin de caracterizar e identificar una situación problemática la cual será diagnosticada como producto del ciclo en este programa de especialización.
