El autor de este trabajo utiliza la vida del estadista mexicano quien logr institucionalizar el poder y consolidar la autoridad civil, para hacer un recorrido por la historia poltica y cultural de Mxico. Benito Jurez vivi desde la gestacin de Mxico como pas independiente hasta su consolidacin como Estado. El libro est dividido en tres partes: el proceso de construccin del Estado, semblanza de Benito Jurez y la cronologa de Jurez, de Mxico y el mundo, lo cual permite ubicar al personaje en su poca y a Mxico en el contexto internacional. / The author of this work uses the life of Benito Juarez who managed to institutionalize the power and consolidate the civil authority, to make a journey through the political and cultural history of Mexico. Benito Jurez lived from the gestation of Mexico as an independent country until its consolidation as a State. The book is divided in three parts: the construction process of the State, semblance of Benito Jurez and the chronology of Jurez, Mexico and the world, which allows locating the character in his time and Mexico in the international context.
