Entonces sucede que... Esta es la historia de una niñita que defiende el derecho a no peinarse con el lema de «Yo soy así» se ve abordada e invadida por unos ratoncillos que hacen de su cabeza un palacio. Kate Bernheimer es autora de cuentos infantiles y novelista. Ha dirigido y editado cuatro antologías de cuentos de hadas y diversos ensayos. En la actualidad ejerce como profesora de inglés en la Universidad de Arizona, y dirige la publicación Fairy Tale Review («Revista de los cuentos de hadas»). Nicoletta Ceccoli reconocida ilustradora galardonada con el premio Andersen, y con la Silver Medal, premio que concede la Asociación de Ilustradores de Nueva York.
