Bienestar 360 nos da las pautas para atrevernos a ser congruentes, a sentirnos plenos. Armando, nuestro personaje de esta historia, es un especialista en Bienestar Integral. Una noche, antes de ir a dormir, recibe una llamada de un paciente. Éste le ha hecho una pregunta. Más bien, LA pregunta, misma que lo deja pensativo y que desde ese momento se convertirá en el hilo de toda la historia... Aunque en el transcurso de cada capítulo nuevas dudas le surgirán y por ende nuevas respuestas, el personaje irá descubriendo sus prisiones, sus resistencias. Se sentirá como en una ciudad sitiada, en la que ESA respuesta que está buscando se le escapa de las manos. Wellness 360 gives us the guidelines to be congruent and feel complete. Armando, the main character in the story, is a wellness specialist. One night before going to bed, he gets a call from a patient. This patient asks him a question. Rather, THE question, one that leaves him wondering, and since then becomes the main plot of the whole story... Although new questions will arise in each chapter, and hence new answers, the man will discover his weaknesses and the things that hold him back. He will feel like a city under siege, in which THAT answer that he's looking for escapes him. However, little by little, as he moves through exercises, anecdotes, and advice, Armando will slowly build the answer that will allow him to live a life of wellness.
