Dieses wird mittels Strukturgleichungsmodell empirisch uberpruft und die zentralen Werttreiber von IIoT-Plattformen identifiziert. Aus den empirischen Ergebnissen der Untersuchung werden zuletzt Gestaltungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung der Loyalitat der Akteure abgeleitet.
