Editada por su hermana, la actriz Gabrielle Drake, y comisariada por Cally Callomon, mítico custodio de la obra de Drake, no hay precedente bibliográfico que recoja semejante profusión de material para conocer la vida y obra del artista. Podría hablarse de una antología de memorias de quienes convivieron con Drake o incluso de un compendio coral, por cuanto buena parte de las contribuciones de este homenaje provienen de artículos, recuerdos y cartas de amigos, familiares, músicos y productores que trataron con el tempranamente malogrado cantautor; pero también con las letras de sus canciones (de las que se registraron y de las que nunca llegarían a grabarse).
