During a night shift, an easygoing policeman with little interest in his job is left in charge of investigating the whereabouts of a 14-year-old girl. When the detective interviews the parents, the mother turns out to be a sweet and delightful woman in absolute contrast to the father’s harshness. Although in the early morning a message from the parents arrives at the police station announcing that their daughter has turned up safe and sound and that his interest and attention have been much appreciated, nothing is as it seems. Mientras sirve un turno de noche, un policía indolente y sin demasiado interés por su trabajo queda encargado de investigar el paradero de una niña de 14 años. Cuando el detective se entrevista con los padres, la madre resulta ser una mujer dulce y exquisita en contraste absoluto con la dureza del padre. Aunque de madrugada llega a la comisaría un mensaje de los padres informando que la niña ha aparecido sana y salva y que agradecen el interés que se ha tomado, nada es lo que parece.
