Un libro de un chef para otros chefs. Bourdain sabe narrar el submundo de quienes están detrás del sandwich o el Foei Gras que te comes en ese restaurant que tanto te gusta ir y lo hace sin tapujos y con su característico humor e ironía. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras.
