Synopsis "Revoltosas, Las (in Spanish)"

Our history is full of myths, which is not synonymous with lies. Myths make up, to a large extent, the soul of a people. Your beliefs and dreams. They are the answers to your wishes and the consolation for fears. It is not possible to say that the passage of heroic children or that of the Pípila, for example, is a complete lie. There is no certainty of the historical existence of Robin Hood and, nevertheless, his exploits continue being famous and the generations venerate his memory. Why, then, spoil legends as tasty as Malinche, G? Era Rodríguez or La Carambada? Brave and distrustful women who did what they wanted and became, by force of imagination, popular heroines, beautiful and unruly. If Chucho el roto and Tigre de Santa Julia have their niche in our past, the women in these stories deserve more than a corner: juicy fantasies. The popular heroes of our time are drug traffickers and they are dedicated to corridos, books and even masses. In the history of our country, still in the height of banditry, several women managed to sneak in. In the midst of all the disorder that crowds through centuries, more than one feminine name reaches us. Of the facts that are narrated here do not believe everything or, rather, create what suits you, because that's what the stories were made for.
