When you are walking your path, you innately know it because it becomes effortless. You think it, talk about it, plan it, and do it. This always involves meditative and moral practices. In all its uses, Spiritual energy is considered to have ineffable qualities that prevent it from being defined or expressed in words. It can, however, be known or experienced, and its principles (which can be discerned by observing Nature) can be followed or practiced. Your impact and connection to this energy force brings you a force field containing unlimited possibilities. However you access it and use it is up to each and every individual Soul.
