Publicada originalmente entre 1996 y 2001, Tallaferro surgió fruto de la colaboración entre Jesús Blasco, su hermano Adrià y el guionista Víctor Mora, cocreador de El Capitán Trueno. Recopilada íntegramente en el presente volumen, la saga de aventuras y fantasía está inspirada en las peripecias de los almogávares narradas por Ramon Muntaner en sus crónicas.
