Synopsis "The Holycost"

**The Holycost - The price one must pay in order to achieve his or her ultimate goal** The Kingdom of Zeldine, one of four kingdoms that make up the region of Japan. Believed to be protected by Gods that watch over them, along with the remaining three kingdoms that make up Japan, royal families rule over each kingdom to ensure the God's wills are carried out in the physical world; wearing pieces of gold jewelry, handcrafted by a legendary jeweler from the heavens, to be worn only by those who’re amongst the royal families. One is granted immortality while wearing such jewelry, to ensure their reign of peace lasts for almost an eternity. However, if such power is worn by the wrong person, chaos and turmoil will be of the inevitable; leading to the eventual destruction of all of Japan. Nimbus, a young man whose father reigned as King of Zeldine since he was a baby, was deemed ready to rule over the kingdom after leading the Zeldinian Army to victory against a swarm of demons that aimed at taking over Zeldine; led by Nimbus’ twin brother Cloudd. After claiming his seat on the throne and wearing of the Zeldinian Gold Rope Chain that symbolizes his title as ruler of the kingdom, his kingdom is seized and his seat on the throne is overthrown by an evil sorcerer, Noir, who has plans of ruling over all four kingdoms of Japan himself. Narrowly escaping death, Nimbus manages to hide out in the deep slums of Zeldine with his father and cousin, Itoko, where they are forced to live in the shadows for the sake of their own lives. With nothing left to lose but the dark depressing life that has consumed what is left of him, what lengths would such a man do to get all that he lost back? If such were to even involve having to travel through and experience countless perils in his quest, then such must be ventured and endured in order for him to live the life he once blissfully and peacefully lived.
