(1958, Perú) es escritor, columnista, consultor y conferencista internacional. Se recibió como Ingeniero Civil en el Georgia Institute of Tecnology y obtuvo su Maestría en administración de Empresas en la Universidad de Boston. Fue Vicerrector de Innovación de Innovación y Desarrollo de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), de la cual es miembro fundador. Ha dedicado los últimos años a la investigación y enseñanza de temas de liderazgo, recursos humanos y cultura empresarial. Sus artículos han sido publicados en los diarios El Comercio (Perú), El Mercurio (Chile), La Prensa (Panamá) y La Nación (Costa Rica).
