Synopsis "The Seven Do's and Don'ts of Happiness: Happiness Management in Personal Emotional Health"

This book looks into the use and applications of Knowledge Management Process (KM Process). The concept was first introduced in my book (2013) by incorporating four perspectives of knowledge management processes, referred to the “Knowledge 4C”. The new process includes Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Conversion, Knowledge Communication and Knowledge Change. The author seeks to apply the four knowledge management processes in personal emotional health in happiness management. The four processes include: understanding oneself and other people emotion; applying the healthy emotion; continuous communicate the healthy emotion; and undoing or controlling the unhealthy emotion. It is hopes that, the parents, school teachers, employers and communities’ leaders would spend time to understand, apply, communicate and control their personal emotions. As their attitude and behaviour would have a significant effect on their children, students, employees and community members. In addition, it should be noted that the happiness management should take priority but not to replace a standard set of rules, disciplinary actions and procedures, and rewards in the families, schools, organizations and communities.
