Synopsis "white lies and dark chocolate"
Rose Isope, direct descendant of famed fabulist Aesop, lives an unquestionably comfortable existence. She has a few close friends, a job that pays and a man she is content to love from afar. Yet, like most of us, she wants her life to be measured by more. Rose Isope wants to live the dream. Ten-year-old Abdul is not quite as fortunate. He lives in the Ivory Coast, slaving in the cocoa fields to harvest the world's chocolate. He, too, is comfortable with his existence. He, too, has a few close friends. Abdul, on the other hand, just wants to get back to his dream. With the assistance of her exponentially great grand-father Aesop, an inspirational friend, a boy army and the off-the-wall belief that a 300 billion dollar industry should NOT use slaves, Rose works to fulfill her dream and hopes to reach his.
